I had a bit of a rocky start with my stay at Sitha Boutique House. but ultimately, it turned into a fantastic experience. While there were some initial mix-ups with my room, the manager, Khun Art, was incredibly accommodating. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore Chiang Mai. However, the lack of wifi during the first few days was a bit frustrating.
My initial room wasn't ready upon arrival, which was disappointing. but once settled, the newer place we stayed at was charming and comfortable.
Khun Art was genuinely friendly and eager to help. he even took the time to install strong wifi after we expressed concern.
The location couldn't be better. I loved being on a quiet street but close enough to walk to all the attractions.
I enjoyed the freshly made sandwiches available nearby. perfect for a quick lunch while exploring the city.
Facilities were decent. although the absence of wifi at first was a drawback, it was rectified quickly.

The location is unbeatable and the owner, Khun Art, is super friendly and genuinely cares about his guests. However, I struggled with the initial lack of WiFi during my stay, though they did fix it on the third day. Overall, I left with great memories and a real sense of connection with Art.
I had to switch rooms when I arrived, but the space was comfortable once settled in. The room was clean, though I did notice it lacked some basics initially.
Khun Art was a great host and really tried to make things right after the booking confusion. He was friendly and even shared a drink with me one night!
The location can't be beaten! Everything I wanted to explore was a short walk away, and the area felt nice and quiet.
There wasn't a full dining service, but a cool coffee shop was just two minutes away with good WiFi, which I appreciated.
